Beginners Guide

This template is a simple step-by-step navigation tool to document the internal evaluation process…over time you will not need to use a stepped out guide and one of the other templates here may be more suitable for you.

This internal evaluation template is designed for when you don’t yet know what the outcome will be - you don’t know what more awesome looks like however you want to try some new things through a collaborative improvement plan.

🔥Hot tip #1 - refer to Nga Aronga Whai Hua as guide with this template - as you are using the template have the book with you open at the phase you are at…it is not about going through all the questions in the book. The questions are there to help you facilitate dialogue and generate ideas and actions with the team

🔥Hot tip #2 - Print this single sided and use each page as a cover page - stack all the working documents and evidence of improvement behind each relevant page as you go

Got this sorted

This template is a simple to follow - if you are pretty confident with internal evaluation and want a simple template to record the process with your team this could be the one for your team.

🔥Hot tip #3 - print these in A3 when working with the team or have them on a larger sheet of paper…record notes of discussion amongst the team

Booklet Style - double sided - A3

Print this one double sided on A3 and fold it in half like a booklet. It is the bigger process broken down into smaller bites. This is a light touch way to document the story of improvement and the changes made

🔥Hot tip #4 - when printing make sure you flip the page along the short edge (otherwise you have to flip the booklet once printed and that will be annoying)

🔥Hot tip #5 - set up a folder or filing system with the title pages as dividers for each section to hold the documentation in a folder or a clippings book to make notes as you go.

One page - double sided - A4

If you like to keep it short and sweet, this is a one page record of the story of improvement and impact of changes.
